Teaching and Supervision

You can find my material with advice on written work here (in French), such as a list of criteria for an excellent Master thesis, general advice on written work, a check-list prior to submission and a guide on how to prepare a bibliography in international law.

For my teaching in Lausanne (>August 2017), please see the course overview website of the University of Lausanne.

If you are interested in undertaking doctoral or postdoctoral research under my supervision, please send me an email with an outline of your ideas and your background. For PhDs, please consult the FDCA’s doctoral admission criteria. I will try to get back to you within two weeks. To ensure good quality supervision, I normally accept a maximum of five PhD projects in parallel. You can consult the current list here. If you would like to apply for a grant under my supervision (e.g. the Swiss Government Excellence Scholarships, Marie Skłodowska-Curie Postdoctoral Fellowships, SNSF fellowships etc), please try to contact me at least two months before the deadline.

Here is a list of ongoing and completed PhDs as well as a list of former team members.
